Overview

These terms outline how you may use CoupOnPassOn during development of the product. They are a placeholder until counsel-approved terms are published before launch.

Using the marketplace

Buyers and sellers must provide accurate information, respect listing terms, and use coupon codes only as permitted by the original issuer. Fraudulent listings, misuse of codes, or attempts to circumvent purchase protection may result in account action.

Purchases and protection

Payments, code delivery, and dispute resolution follow the flows described in How it works and on your order pages. Protection windows and refunds apply when a coupon is invalid or misdescribed, subject to the final purchase protection policy.

Updates

We may revise these draft terms as the service matures. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms posted on this page.
